What to cook this week
Turns out the secret to a flavorful curry dish is not heaping on more curry powder. (Ahem.) As this super simple recipe adapted from Pinch of Yum reveals, it's folding in green curry paste (which you can buy on Amazon if not locally available) and coconut milk. So good.
Our featured recipes will get you cooking with fresh ingredients, caring for where they come from, the manner in which they've been harvested and how they arrive on your plate. At Stone Pier Press, we believe that a commitment to good food is a commitment to our bodies, our souls, and the earth we live on. Try a meal, a beverage, a side dish--share it with the ones you love.
